Reading three. Unfolding a Structured Openness.

You fold a sheet of paper in half. You begin to draw carefully on one side. You have the frame, you have the elements the Event Case needs to depict.

Sometimes there isn't enough space. Provision for managing additional needs remains unplanned; dedicated time for smooth interaction, a child care room, or relaxation activities. Not to mention emergency or accessibility issues.

On the screen, there is zooming. On paper? You can work on larger paper, but again, it is not certain that it will be enough. The result also depends on the number of shapes, the line thickness, and the extent of the objects.

That is why we fold the paper, regardless of its dimensions, in the middle. Before we start designing, there's gained space. We open up a strictly structured framework to accommodate the unexpected.

The gain is obvious; the big picture becomes clearer for everyone to see. Here are all the details highlighted, so you can make corrective moves without smudging.

Above all, we open up the circle of each Event Case for the people involved. And this is a simple, characteristic miem.io method for creating a more humane Event sphere.
